- PWD should not be declared unfit to work.
- A PWD should not be employed in any public or private office.
- PWD should not have recently received any grant from Baitul-Mal, Zakat Fund, PSPA, BISP, or similar programs.
- The PMT score issued by BISP should not exceed 37.
- Basic information of PWD, such as CNIC, address, mobile number, education, and experience, should be updated in DPMIS.
