  • Enter your National Identity Card (NIC) number using the kiosk’s keyboard.
  • Complete biometric verification, including fingerprint scanning and iris recognition.
  • Capture your photograph using the kiosk camera.
  • Choose between urgent or normal processing options.
  • Receive a QR code as confirmation of your application.

The entire process will be completed in just 8 to 9 steps, making it a straightforward solution for all citizens.
